The region of Languedoc-Roussillon is well worth visiting with its mild and sunny climate.

Located in the centre of the Mediterannean arc it is easily accessible by air, rail, river, road and sea.

You will stay in an area with many protected natural areas rich in fauna, with vast plains contrasting with the hillsides which are ideally suited to the numerous vineyards and olive groves which are situated there.   For beach lovers, 220 km of fine sandy coastline are awaiting you.  Outdoor activities are numerous: sailing, windsurfing, sea and river fishing, canoeing, kayaking, equestrian centres, water parks, walking, cycling, or climbing to the peak of Saint-Loup.   The area has several golf courses, including the training centre of Montpellier Massane which is twenty minutes away.

You should also take time to discover the rich cultural heritage of the area and to taste the delicious local cuisine and sample the fine regional wines.
